These terms govern your use of eZe. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use eZe.

1. What eZe Is

eZe provides stock market data, including prices, historical data, and related statistics, for informational purposes. eZe is not a broker, financial advisor, or exchange, and nothing on the site is financial, investment, or legal advice.

2. Data Accuracy

Stock data on eZe comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally wrong. We don't guarantee that any figure, price, or statistic on the site is accurate or up to date. Don't make trading or investment decisions based solely on data from eZe.

3. Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address and choose a username that isn't already in use.
• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. API Tokens

If you generate an API token, you're responsible for keeping it secret. Anyone with your token can act as you through the API. If a token is compromised, delete it from your account immediately and generate a new one. We may set rate limits, expiration dates, or usage restrictions on tokens at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, resell, or redistribute eZe's data in bulk without our permission
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or other access controls
• Use the service to break the law or infringe on anyone else's rights
• Interfere with the normal operation of the site or its infrastructure
• Share your account or API token with anyone else

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep eZe running, but we don't guarantee the service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

eZe is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses, financial or otherwise, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its data, including trading decisions made using information from eZe.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or for other legitimate reasons, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use eZe after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
